The terms “Member” and “Client” are used to describe anyone in good standing with Elements Matchmaker, with an active profile listed in our database.
Elements Matchmaker may hereafter be referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “I.”
Services Overview
Elements Matchmaker offers personalized services including:
• Romantic Matchmaking
• Friendship Matchmaking
• Empower You Sessions
• Relationship Compatibility Sessions
These services are available to adult men and women aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without explanation. This includes the right to cancel any membership or session if false information is provided.
Members agree that Elements Matchmaker is a growing company and that services, structures, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. Members always have the option to decline any service or match offer if they do not wish to proceed under the current fee or terms.
Match Acceptance & Process
• Accepted Matches are defined as matches that have been accepted by both parties and for which payment has been fully processed.
• Once a match has been accepted and payment completed, there are no refunds.
• We strive to match individuals with genuine compatibility based on our knowledge and insights, but no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

• Members understand and agree that our database is fluid, and no specific timeline is promised or implied for receiving a compatible match.

Meeting Coordination
• Elements Matchmaker will coordinate all first meetings. We collaborate with both parties on time, date, and location, but reserve the right to remain involved until the meeting is completed and follow-up communication has taken place.
• We will make up to three (3) attempts to schedule the first meeting. If the meeting does not occur after three attempts due to cancellations, rescheduling, or lack of follow-through, Elements is released from any further obligation to coordinate.
• At that point, both parties may choose to receive each other’s contact information to coordinate independently. However, feedback on the first meeting is required before new matches may be accepted.
Meeting Accountability
• Members who frequently cancel, ghost, disappear, or are otherwise habitually unavailable or unresponsive may be subject to a 30-day hold on their profile or, at our discretion, be removed from active matching entirely.
• In such cases, we may choose to refund the match fee to the opposite, abiding member.
Follow-Up Feedback
• Members agree to participate in at least one (1) follow-up communication after every first meeting. This feedback may be gathered via email or another method arranged by Elements.
• If feedback is not provided, a member’s profile may be placed on hold until this communication is completed.
Code of Conduct
Members agree to the following standards of behavior in all interactions facilitated through Elements Matchmaker:
• Behave with courtesy and civility
• Conduct yourself in an ethical and appropriate manner
• Exercise respect and consideration in speech and actions
• Be open-minded, fair, and principled
• Act in good faith and be accountable for your actions
