By submitting a new member form, booking any session, or engaging with any of our services, I understand and agree to be bound by the terms set forth below
Age and Marital Status
I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, unmarried, divorced, or widowed. If I am married, I confirm I am in the process of a divorce and will notify Elements Matchmaker if my status changes.
Accuracy Of Information
I agree that all information I provide—at registration or in future communications—is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I will promptly notify Elements Matchmaker of any updates or changes.
Criminal History
I affirm that I have not been convicted of serious crimes against another person, including but not limited to violence, abuse, or sexual misconduct. If any such information is found to be false or withheld, I understand my membership or participation may be terminated immediately and without refund.
Scope of Services
I understand that Elements Matchmaker is committed to supporting my personal and relational growth through matchmaking, self-discovery, and compatibility insights, but makes no guarantees of romantic or friendship success or outcomes. This includes Empower You and Compatibility sessions, which offer insight but are not therapy or guarantees of personal transformation.
Use of Personal Information
I give permission for Elements Matchmaker to share my information (including images, profile details, and contact info) solely for the purpose of matchmaking or relevant services. This information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.
Background Checks
I understand that Elements Matchmaker does not conduct background checks, and I assume personal responsibility for ensuring my safety. I may choose to conduct my own background screening if desired. I release Elements Matchmaker from any and all liability regarding the personal history or behavior of anyone I meet through the service.
No Guarantees
Submitting my personal information and becoming a client does not guarantee that Elements Matchmaker will present me with any matches or compatible connections, now or in the future.
Fees and Payments
I understand that fees for sessions or matches are clearly stated at the time of booking or match acceptance. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered or a match has been accepted by both parties.
Responsibility and Safety
I am responsible for my actions when interacting with any individual I meet through Elements Matchmaker. I agree to uphold all applicable laws, use common sense, and take appropriate safety measures during all interactions.
Conduct Across All Services
Whether engaging in matchmaking, friendship discovery, compatibility sessions, or Empower You sessions, I agree to uphold the same standards of honesty, respect, and ethical behavior. I understand that violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By participating in any service, submitting my profile, or accepting any match, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and disclaimers listed above.
